RESPONSE: Long Term Care: Final Response to Draft Regulations

Updated For those of you who are particularly concerned about long term care homes, please find attached the draft OHC response to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care draft regulations under the new Long Term Care Homes Act. The draft regulations will replace the current regulations under the Acts governing for-profit, non-profit and municipal long term care homes, and the Facility Program Manual.
